DESCRIPTION :
CSP-Mentis is a company I founded in 2013 offering stationary training for public administration.
Until 2022, the company was one of the leaders in the training industry in Poland. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the company had to suspend its operations.
During 9 years as the founder and general director, I was responsible for creating and managing the call center team and contacts with lecturers from all over the country in various fields.
In terms of programming, I was responsible for creating, configuring and maintaining the entire tele-IT infrastructure for the call center (telephone exchanges, management servers, etc.).
I also created full software for the entire company such as a system for managing telephone calls, document flow, hotel management and catering.
I also created modules such as: managing groups of participants, mailing lists, payments and accounting, event calendars and telephone call statistics.
