DESCRIPTION :
Inspirion is a company operating in the B2B sector, collaborating with marketing agencies. It provides solutions that enable agencies to create customized products for their clients, incorporating their own logos for marketing campaigns.
As a lead programmer, my primary responsibility was managing an outsourcing company in Poland, as well as coordinating two development teams in India and Hong Kong.
From a technical perspective, I developed a backend tool using Laravel Nova, allowing the graphic department to define print locations for thousands of products. These products could then be personalized by agencies with their own branding.
Additionally, I implemented a frontend solution that enables marketing agencies to create visual representations of Inspirion's products for their end customers, including logo placements and color customization.
